📦 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time; estimated timelines will be noted in the product description.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

🚚 Shipping Carrier

We ship all orders via United States Postal Service (USPS). Available USPS services may include:

USPS First Class Package (for packages under 1 lb)

USPS Priority Mail (1–3 business days)

USPS Priority Mail Express (1–2 business days)

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout and vary based on your location and the weight of your order.

📍 Shipping Within the United States

We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories.

Delivery estimates are provided by USPS and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or peak holiday volume.

Once shipped, most domestic orders arrive within 2–7 business days, depending on the selected USPS service.

🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a USPS tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the label is created.

📬 Wrong or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

Heather Made Studio is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or returned shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned to us, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to re-send the package.

📦 Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is accepted by USPS, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier.

Heather Made Studio is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments.

If an issue arises, we recommend filing a claim directly with USPS.

We will assist with documentation if needed.

🎁 Packaging

All jewelry is packaged securely and thoughtfully—typically in a padded mailer or box—to ensure safe arrival. Gift packaging is available upon request.
