Orders are not considered accepted until payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including orders suspected of fraud or misuse.

4. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on location, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances. Heather Made Studio is not responsible for delays once an order has been shipped.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted only for defective merchandise.

You must contact us within three (3) business days of receiving your order

Items must be unused and in original condition
